Designing for Impact

This course is designed for trainers, facilitators and learning designers who are required to design and develop blended learning experiences to meet an identified need for a group of learners. It addresses the skills and knowledge needed to identify the learning needs, determine the delivery methods for a blended learning experience, outline the structure of the blended experience and review the learning experience.
The course takes participants through the process of designing and developing a blended learning experience, from establishing the scope of the learning experience, through to designing, developing and facilitating the learning experience and reviewing the outcomes
